Police have laid charges after a fatal crash near Matheson in February.
The multi-vehicle accident happened Feb. 27 around 10:15 a.m. on Highway 11 in Benoit Township. Marcel Perreault, a 42-year-old Timmins man, was killed.
According to OPP, Jordan Clarke, a 28-year-old from Port Sydney, Ont., has been charged with dangerous operation causing death.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court July 14 in Timmins.
