Timmins mayoral candidates debating tonight

If you want to hear what the Timmins mayoral hopefuls stand for, tonight is the night to find out.

The Timmins Chamber of Commerce is hosting a mayoral candidates debate today (Oct. 4) at O'Gorman High School.

The event kicks off with a meet and greet with the ward councillor candidates at 6 p.m. 

At 7 p.m. the mayoral candidates will be debating the issues. 

There are five people running for the mayor's seat: Steve Black, Raymond Burey, Daniel Fortier, Lauchlan MacInnes, and George Pirie

There is no cost to attend the event, which is open to everyone.
