Festival goers will be pleasantly surprised by the number and variety of food vendors at Stars and Thunder 2018!
The City of Timmins has a list of three confirmed food areas for the VIP area, and another 13 serving up delicious eats and special treats in the General Admission (GA) section. This is a major improvement from last year’s total of six food areas.
“We are very satisfied to see the interest and support from food vendors more than double last year,” said Mayor Steve Black. “We are seeing increased sponsor participation, and food vendor participation, which is extremely encouraging for the success of the 2018 festival.”
“Stars and Thunder 2018 promises to offer a culinary experience that will cater to various dietary needs,” added Manager of Tourism and Events Guy Lamarche. “This year’s vendors are all seasoned caterers with festival experience, and have all provided a business plan for mitigating long lines.”
Featured foodies, from Timmins, Onaping, Thunder Bay, Foleyet, Sudbury, Manitouwadge, Englehart, and London will include:
