My name is Rock Whissell and I am a candidate for Ward 1.
For the past 43 years I have been living in the Mountjoy area. Raising my family, working and volunteering in this community has allowed me to become the person I am today. The opportunity to represent ward 1 at City Hall would be an honour.
Having a strong voice at city hall and representing the people of Timmins is very important to me. In the next four years we will be experiencing new challenges and new opportunities. Having strong leaders and hard-working individuals will be beneficial to the growth of our city.
Platform:
- Represent and be the voice of the people in Ward 1.
- Continue organizing and supporting non-profit organizations.
- Fair allocation of taxpayer’s dollars.
