In keeping with the “Bell Let’s Talk Day - 2021″, the Timmins Police solicited assistance from various staff members to help promote mental health during this annual campaign.

When it comes to mental health, now more than ever, every action counts.

Whether big or small, actions in the workplace, at home, or in our neighbourhoods can make a big difference in moving Canada’s mental health forward.

Timmins Police wish to join in on the conversation on Bell Let’s Talk Day, January 28 to help create positive change in regards to mental health and those confronting challenges linked to these types of hurdles.

Brenda Beaven of the Timmins Police Service actively sought out enthusiastic support for this important campaign in order to promote mental health and remove the stigma attached to this issue.
