A local woman is facing charges after an incident over the weekend.
Early Saturday morning (Dec. 10), Timmins Police were called to a Murdoch Avenue address. At the scene, police say they located the accused, who was breaching court-imposed restrictions.
Upon arrest, Timmins Police say they found a prohibited device.
A 25-year-old from Timmins was charged with possessing a prohibited device, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.
The accused is being held for a bail hearing scheduled for today.
