Police are looking to talk to people who were driving in the Riverside Drive area between Joseph and Royale this morning.

Around 11:40 a.m. today (Sept. 21), a pedestrian was hit by a pickup truck on Riverside Drive. The road was closed and has since reopened.

As the Timmins Police investigation continues, officers want to talk to any driver who was in the immediate area leading up the crash.

"In particular, the operator of any vehicle in the curb lane of Riverside Drive at the time of the crash would likely be able to provide information vital to the investigation," said police in a news release.
