Police hope to identify suspect after ATV, trailer, truck reported stolen in Moonbeam

MOONBEAM - On Oct 5, 2021, members of the James Bay Detachments of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received information regarding the theft of a pickup truck, an all-terrain vehicle (ATV), a utility trailer, and other articles in the Town of Moonbeam.

Sometime during the night of Oct. 4, 2021, the person of interest attended the properties and stole a white 2014 Ford 150, a red 2014 Arctic Cat ATV bearing marker 0BK81, a utility trailer and other articles.

The person of interest is unknown at this time and the investigation is continuing.

Police are seeking the public's assistance to help locate the property and identity of the person(s) involved in these thefts.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding this theft to contact the Kapuskasing OPP at 1-888-310-1122.

Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. You can also submit information online. Being anonymous, you will not be required to testify in court and information you provide may lead to a cash reward of up to $2,000.
