JAMES BAY DETACHMENT ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE

On Nov. 8, 2021, members of the James Bay Detachments of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an indecent act at a place of business on Anderson Street in the Town of Kapuskasing.
As a result of the investigation, Shaun Valliere, 28 years of age, of Kapuskasing, was arrested and charged with Indecent Act-Public Place, contrary to section 173(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Jan. 24, 2022 in Kapuskasing.
