A customer who allegedly assaulted a restaurant manager returned to the scene the morning after, says police.
On the morning of Jan. 15, Timmins Police say the manager of a local restaurant was hit by a customer after an altercation escalated.
While the suspect left the scene before police arrived, they returned to the restaurant the next morning.
A 26-year-old Timmins woman is charged with assault, three counts of failing to comply with a probation order and entering a premise when prohibited.
The accused is in police custody waiting for a bail hearing today.
None of the charges have been tested in court and the accused is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
