On Aug. 13, 2020 at 9:05 p.m., members of the James Bay Detachments of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a sexual assault in Town of Cochrane.
As a result of the investigation, Dylan Dumoulin, age 25, from Cochrane, was charged with:
- Sexual assault, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code (CC); and
- Sexual interference, contrary to section 151 of the CC.
The accused was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Oct. 6, 2020 in Cochrane.
