One person received minor injuries in a Kirkland Lake incident, say police.
Kirkland Lake OPP responded to a call for an alleged assault with a weapon at a Lebel Avenue residence on Dec. 12.
One person received minor injuries in the incident and was taken to hospital for treatment, said police in a news release.
A 48-year-old has been charged with assault with a weapon, forcible confinement and fail to comply with a probation order.
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court via video on Dec. 16.
