Four horses were killed in a crash near Englehart early yesterday morning.
The single-vehicle crash happened on Highway 11 in the Township of Chamberlain on Aug. 24 around 5 a.m.
Temiskaming OPP said a northbound commercial motor vehicle hit four horses near Road 3.
The driver was not injured. The four horses died as a result of the crash. The total loss of the horses is valued at more than $60,000, said OPP.
