Ride sharing is hitting the streets in Timmins this weekend.
Uride's soft launch in the city is Friday, Dec. 13, and Saturday, Dec. 14. It will run both days from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m.
The company started in Thunder Bay in 2017 and has expanded to seven cities. They announced that they'd be launching in Timmins earlier this month.
Rides under $20 this weekend are free, you just have to put in the promo code TIMMINS when you book through the Uride app.
Uride is currently recruiting drivers in the Timmins.
