Special weather statement in effect for:
- Kirkland Lake - Englehart
- Temiskaming Shores - Temagami
Strong southerly winds late this afternoon and early this evening.
Strong southerly winds gusting up 70 or 80 km/h have developed across the area this afternoon. These strong wind gusts are expected to last for a few more hours before easing this evening.
These strong winds have the potential to break small tree branches and toss loose objects. Local power outages are also possible.
