After getting great reviews last month, Take Two Theatre actors are returning to the stage for one night only.

The cast of It's A Wonderful Life: A Radio Play by Joe Landry is going to to be on stage this Thursday, Dec. 7 for an encore performance at William Dawson Theatre at Timmins High and Vocational School.

The play was on stage for four performances in November.

Director Lynn Deiulis said the reviews were great and people suggested that they run it again before Christmas.

Set in 1946, the audience watches a live radio play unfold on stage. Along with the radio stars, the Jingle Belles perform 1940s commercials, and there is a Foley artist using tools to create live sound effects.

Having fun is what the show's all about, and the audience is encouraged to pin curl their hair and don fedoras to get in the mood for the night out. More on what the show is about is available here.

Tickets for this week's show are $20 and available at the Timmins Square, Porcupine Hardware, and Black Spruce Gallery. They will also be available at the door. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m.
