Six COVID-19 cases confirmed in Moosonee: health authority

This brings the total case count to eight in the James and Hudson Bay region

Six COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Moosonee, according to the Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA).

All six people in the James and Hudson Bay region are cases of close contact and are self-isolating, says a release issued by the Porcupine Health Unit (PHU).

There are COVID-19 assessment centres in Timmins, Cochrane, Iroquois Falls, Kapuskasing, Smooth Rock Falls, Hearst, and Hornepayne.
