Alysha Lanteigne is recognizing her wife Mona Lanteigne.

"She is a front line nurse at TDH. For all that know her or has had the pleasure of working with her will tell you nothing less then how amazing she is. Mona is one of the hardest working, most compassionate and driven nurses that I’ve ever met. I’m lucky enough to watch her save lives make a difference and still come home to be the most amazing wife and momma to be I could ask for. As I sit here 8 months pregnant and off work I worry every time she walks out that door and worry long after she’s home. I know that she acts strong the second she gets home so I don’t worry, knowing deep down that what she’s seen, endured, and had to be faced with at work is truly affecting her in every way. I would just like to give her the biggest recognition today as she is forever my hero.

We love you babe, could not be prouder to call you my wife. Love Allie and Baby Legend"
