They held a parade of lights this week

A parade of emergency vehicles recognized frontline staff at Timmins and District Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Held April 23, the emergency vehicles with their lights on paraded past the main entrance to the hospital while a lone piper from the Timmins Police Service Pipes and Drums played.

The parade included Timmins Police, South Porcupine OPP, Timmins Fire Department, Nishnawbe Aski Police Service, Timmins EMS, and Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.
