Two injured, one with life-threatening injuries, in Kirkland Lake ATV crash

On Aug. 31, 2021, at approximately 9:20 p.m., members of the Kirkland Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a collision involving an All-Terrain Vehicle on Station Road in the Town of Kirkland Lake.

Two people were injured in the collision, one of them sustaining life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of the North East Region Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) Team, including a Technical Collision Investigator and Reconstructionist.

The Kirkland Lake OPP is requesting that any person with information regarding this incident to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
