SMOOTH ROCK FALLS - Two teens are facing charges after a transport's windshield was smashed on Highway 11. 

On March 30 around 9 p.m., a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) driver called James Bay OPP about someone throwing rocks at vehicles near the Mattagami River Bridge in Smooth Rock Falls. 

The driver's windshield was damaged after being hit by a rock. 

Two fourteen-year-olds from Smooth Rock Falls, who can't be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, are charged with mischief - destroys or damages property.

The accused were released from police custody and slated to appear in court on April 18 in Smooth Rock Falls. 

None of the charges have been tested in court and the accused are considered innocent unless proven guilty.
