A can, tossed from an open window, escalated to a fight on the active lanes of Highway 11 north near Temagami over the weekend, according to OPP.

OPP said on Saturday, May 22, shortly before 11:30 a.m., the Temiskaming Detachment received numerous calls of a bizarre road rage incident.

Investigation revealed that one driver was overtaking other vehicles and once ahead of the lineup, he threw an unopened can onto the highway. Two other drivers in the northbound lanes had to swerve to avoid the debris on the roadway.
