Police are looking for a missing non-verbal autistic girl in Cochrane.
According to Ontario Provincial Police - North East Region, nine-year-old Kelsee Moore was last seen at 5:30 p.m. on 5th Avenue near Railway Street in Cochrane.
She is described as:
- Indigenous female
- 5'1" tall
- straight, light brown, shoulder-length hair
- non-verbal autistic
- wearing a blue T-shirt with the word 'love' in sparkles, and jeans with small hearts
