OPP is investigating a fatal crash on Highway 11 north of Thornloe this morning.
The serious crash happened just before 8 a.m. today (Jan. 12) in the Township of Hilliard.
One person has died, said OPP.
The highway is closed in both directions. Police expect the closure to be in place for several more hours.
The detours are:
- Northbound Traffic: From Highway 11, take Highway 562 to Highway 571 to Highway 11
- Southbound Traffic: From Highway 11, take Highway 571 in Earlton to Highway 562 to Highway 11
