KIRKLAND LAKE - On March 21, 2021, frontline members from the Kirkland Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a neighbour dispute on Day Avenue in the Town of Kirkland Lake.
As a result of the investigation, Daniel Martell, 53 years of age of Kirkland Lake, was charged with failure to comply with undertaking, contrary to section 145(4)(a) of the Criminal Code.
The accused was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear before The Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on May 6, 2021.
