Dec. 10 update:
The Timmins Police Service is advising that Colleen Kioke, 45, who had been the subject of a missing persons incident reported to the Timmins Police Service, has been located.

Kioke was located and her well-being has been confirmed by the Timmins police Service. This matter is deemed to be a closed incident with no further police action required.

The Timmins Police Service is thankful to the general public for their assistance in regards to this matter.

The Timmins Police Service is making an appeal for public assistance in locating person who has been reported to them as missing as of today.

The Timmins Police Service would like to determine the current whereabouts and confirm the wellbeing of Colleen Kioke, 45, who has not had meaningful contact with family members for several days.

She is described as:

  • An Indigenous female
  • 5’ 5” tall
  • 180 Lbs.
  • Brown eyes
  • Short dark brown hair
  • Wearing glasses

Kioke is not a resident of Timmins however has been in the city for several weeks. She does have family within the city but efforts to locate her and check on her wellbeing have been unsuccessful.
