East Algoma OPP is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing person.
Richard Martel, 48, was last seen in Ottawa in June of 2020.
He's described as:
- 5’6” tall
- Medium build
- Brown hair
- Brown eyes
- Multiple tattoos on both arms
Police say Martel has ties to Sault Ste. Marie, Blind River and Timmins.
