Missing Fort Hope man last seen in Timmins located in good health

Aug. 18 update:
The Timmins Police Service is advising that Cody Ritch, 28 of Fort Hope, who had been the subject of a missing persons incident reported to the Timmins Police Service, has been located.

Ritch was located and his well-being has been confirmed by the Timmins Police Service. This matter is deemed to be a closed incident with no further police action required.

The Timmins Police Service is thankful to the general public for their assistance in regards to this matter.

Original Aug. 15 release:
The Timmins Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a male person who has just recently been reported to them as missing.

The Timmins Police Service would like to determine the current whereabouts and confirm the wellbeing of Cody Ritch, 28, who was last seen in Timmins on Aug. 14, 2020. Mr. Ritch is currently staying in Timmins but is from the Fort Hope area.

He is described as
    •    5-foot-10 tall
    •    Slim build
    •    Goatee
    •    Mole above his lip on the left side of the face

He was last seen wearing:
    •    A black Fox ball cap
    •    Black and grey clothes
