Local man charged with breaching court orders

The 36-year-old is accused of failing to comply with a court-imposed curfew

The Timmins Police Service arrested a Timmins resident stemming from an incident where the suspect was found to be in breach of court-imposed conditions listed in the release order. 

The Timmins Police Service attended the scene of a minor disturbance on Pine Street South yesterday afternoon. 

Based on the investigation, it was determined that the subject of the complaint is bound by current court-imposed curfew restrictions. 

This person was arrested and taken into custody.

 As a result, Ryan Dredhart, 36, of Timmins, was taken into police custody and is charged with: 

  • Fail to comply with release order contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada 

The accused remains in police custody awaiting a bail hearing slated for today at the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins to answer to the criminal charge laid against him.
