IROQUOIS FALLS - On Jan. 6, 2021 at approximately 6:30 p.m., members of the Iroquois Falls Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate an altercation on Main Street in Iroquois Falls.
As a result of the investigation, Craig Chasse, age 29, of Iroquois Falls has been charged with Assault contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Timmins on March 4, 2021.
