Guns, jewelry taken in Iroquois Falls break-in

IROQUOIS FALLS – On Jan. 2, 2021 members of the Iroquois Falls Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a break and enter at a residence on Victoria Road in Iroquois Falls.  

The break-in is believed to have happened between Jan. 1, 2021 and Jan. 2, 2021.  

The items taken included jewelry and backpacks. Also taken were three firearms. They are described as:     

  • two non-restricted Alder Synthetic 12 gauge break action single shot shotguns  
  • non-restricted Maverick pump action shotgun  
  • non-restricted Remington 30-06 pump action rifle with a Tasco scope
