GOGAMA – On March 5, 2021, members of the South Porcupine Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a dispute in Westree, Ontario, south of Gogama.
As a result of the investigation, Raymond Roy, 65 years of age, of Westree was arrested and charged with criminal harassment contrary to section 264(1) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on May 10, 2021 in Gogama.
