The suspect in an early-morning break-in was found hiding in the building they allegedly broke into, says Timmins Police.
Early this morning, Timmins Police said an alarm went off at a Spruce Street South business. The responding officers found the suspect hiding in the building.
A 37-year-old man from Timmins is charged with break and enter, possession of break and enter instruments, and two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
The accused was held in police custody waiting for a bail hearing today.
None of the charges have been tested in court and the accused is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
