KIRKLAND LAKE - On Nov. 2, 2021, frontline members from the Kirkland Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a theft from a business located on McChesney Avenue the Town of Kirkland Lake.
As a result of the investigation, Austin Dzambic, 21 years of age of Kirkland Lake, has been arrested and charged with theft under $5,000, contrary to section 334(b) of the Criminal Code.
The accused was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on Dec. 9, 2021 in Kirkland Lake.
