Milwaukee Admirals sink Manitoba Moose on Connor Ingram's 29 saves

WINNIPEG — Connor Ingram made 29 saves and Rocco Grimaldi scored twice in the Milwaukee Admirals' 5-2 defeat of the Manitoba Moose in the American Hockey League on Sunday.

Grimaldi also added an assist for the three-point night for the Admirals (4-9-1), which snapped a six-game losing skid. Cole Schneider, Matt Donovan and Cole Smith also scored for last-place Milwaukee.

Schneider and Jeremy Davies each had two assists.

Ville Heinola, on the power play, and Kristian Reichel, shorthanded, scored for the Moose (9-6-1), which saw their three-game win streak come to an end.

Ingram outduelled goaltender Mikhail Berdin, who stopped 20-of-24 shots in defeat.

Manitoba had beaten Milwaukee three times in November, including 6-2 on Thursday and 4-3 on Friday.
