KAPUSKASING – On November 17, 2015 at 10:53 p.m., the James Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call on Riverside Drive in the Town of Kapuskasing regarding a confused female.

Police investigation revealed that the female had consumed an undetermined amount of alcohol and had been driving a motor vehicle, which lead to her being arrested and charged.

Patricia HEADLEY, 32, of Opasatika, Ontario has been charged with the offence of Driving with more than 80mgs of alcohol in blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was served with a 90 day Administrative Driver's Licence Suspension (ADLS) and the motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.

She will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kapuskasing, on January 11, 2016 to answer to the charges.
