North East Tri-Board Student Transportation has announced this morning that all school buses in all areas are cancelled. The cancellation is due to weather and poor road conditions.
For District School Board Ontario North East students in Grades 9 to 12, there is virtual learning on snow days. Schools are open for secondary students in high support programs for in-person learning.
Schools are open for students in kindergarten to Grade 8, with the exception of Elk Lake Public School, Temagami Public School, and Kerns Public School, which are closed.
The North East Tri-Board Student Transportation provides services for District School Board Ontario North East, the Northeastern Catholic District School Board, and Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario.
