What started as a road advisory ended in tragedy this afternoon as two teens lives are taken in a car crash outside of Haileybury.
Shaylee Beaulieu and Emily MacKewn are identified as the two killed in the crash.
There are Facebook memorials started for the girls to give condolences.

(HAILEYBURY, ON) Members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a motor vehicle collision on December 18, 2013 at approximately 3:30 p.m. located at the junction of Highway 558 and Highway 11, Haileybury.
Highway 558 is closed; estimated duration of road advisory is unavailable at this time.
Highway 11 is open to one lane of traffic.
Highway 11b detour is available.
