There could be a little extra noise in the early hours of the morning near the Mattagami Wastewater Treatment Plant.
A City of Timmins notice is letting residents know that required morning work is planned for the facility located at 551 Airport Rd., Wednesday, July 11 from 1:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m.
The work is related to the primary clarifier number one upgrade project and may mean extra equipment noises coming from the plant.
“Specific work must take place during the very early morning hours where sewage flows are at the lowest,” reads the notice.
