Timmins Police Service and Renaissance Public School to Bump, Set, Raise Money for Charity

The Timmins Police Service and École publique Renaissance are going head to head in a volleyball game to raise money for charity. The Timmins Police vs. Renaissance game will take place on Wednesday, May 28 at 12 noon at Renaissance school.

The Timmins Police Service and École publique Renaissance are going head to head in a volleyball game to raise money for charity.

The Timmins Police vs. Renaissance game will take place on Wednesday, May 28 at 12 noon at Renaissance school. All funds raised from the event will be donated to the YO! Mobile and the Lord’s Kitchen. The Lord’s Kitchen is a non-profit organization which provides a hot meal on a weekly basis to those in need. The YO! Mobile is also a non-profit, organization which provides those in need with a hot meal, hot drink and shelter twice a week.

The general public, as well as members of the media are invited to watch the game. The entry fee is $2, and spectators are also asked to bring a non-perishable food item, if possible.

The Timmins Police Service urges the public to come out to this fun event for two excellent causes.
