On May 16, 2017, the Timmins Police Service arrested an individual wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant.
Jeremy Embleton, 38, of Timmins, was located as a result of an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Unit, and was arrested following a traffic stop conducted by Uniform Patrol officers.
A Canada-Wide Warrant issued on May 12, 2017 indicated that Embleton was wanted for parole violations. He was arrested without incident and remains in custody at this time.
