TORONTO – Yvan Robinson of Timmins won “Ontario’s jackpot” – $420,740.70 in the Jan. 15, 2022 Lottario draw.

Yvan, 78, has been a regular lottery player for 40 years. "Lottario is my favourite game to play," he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. “This is my first big win!”

The mining industry retiree checked his ticket at the store a few days after the draw when he discovered he is a big winner. "My heart was pounding so hard," he said. "I called my family to share the good news and they all congratulated me."

Yvan plans to invest his winnings and save some for a summer trip in Canada.

OLG is booking in-person prize claim appointments at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto. As there are limited appointments, we strongly encourage those witch claims between $1,000 and $49,999.90 to submit their claims online or mail them.
