On May 29, 2017, police received a report of a male suspect following a 17-year-old female on foot and uttering harassing comments to the victim.
Upon further investigation, police learned that the individual in question was bound by a probation order with conditions not to communicate with females under the age of 18 years.
As a result, Timothy Rose, 29, of Timmins was charged with fail to comply with probation and criminal harassment. He was released on a Recognizance of Bail with a future court date set for June 20, 2017.
