Do you know someone worthy of being featured on the Timmins Human Rights Wall of Fame?

Time is running out to nominate them for this year's induction ceremony being held at the fifth annual Evening of Applause March 25 at the TH&VS auditorium.

The Timmins, Together Selection Committee is looking for nominations of people who have show leadership in human rights, humanitarianism or anti-discrimination, inclusivity and welcoming activities locally, regionally, nationally or internationally.

Inductees are honoured along with Students Who Make a Difference award winners at the Evening of Applause. Photos of inducted members of the City of Timmins Human Rights Wall of Fame will be displayed near the main entrance to the Timmins Public Library.

The nomination deadline is March 4.

Nominations should be submitted using the online Google form here. Nomination forms can also be completed at the Timmins and District Multicultural Centre office, which is located at 119 Pine St. S., Unit 10, Timmins, Ont., or by emailing [email protected].
