If elementary teachers don't reach a deal with the government, it will affect Timmins schools twice next week.
The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario (ETFO) has announced a new round of rotating strikes for next week, as well as another province-wide strike for all members.
If a deal isn't reached by Jan. 31, ETFO's Timmins teachers will be out of the classroom Monday, Feb. 3 as the rotating strikes hit District School Board Ontario North East.
A province-wide one-day strike for all 83,000 ETFO members will happen Thursday, Feb. 6.
