Sudbury woman found alive after week-long search

SUDBURY - Missing senior Gail Lynds was found alive and in good health, Sudbury police confirmed Sunday. Police also recovered her blue Dodge Caravan. There is no criminality suspected in this incident.

There is no criminality suspected in this incident. 

Gail and her husband Boyd Lynds went missing June 9. 

Boyd's body was discovered Wednesday, June 10, but the search for his wife continued around their property in Wanup.

“The Criminal Investigations Division is assisting the coroner with this coroner’s investigation into the death of Boyd Lynds,” police said in a news release. “Police want the general public to understand they are not at risk as a result of this death.”
