Snow squall warning in effect for:
- Timmins - Cochrane - Iroquois Falls
- Kapuskasing - Hearst - Smooth Rock Falls
Periods of brief but intense snowfall are expected. Visibilities will be rapidly reduced due to the heavy snow combined with blowing snow.
Brief intense snowfall is expected this morning.
An intense band of snow is currently moving eastward across the area. Visibilities will be rapidly reduced in heavy snow and blowing snow. Snow may accumulate rapidly on roads making travel hazardous.
Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero.
