A school bus driver is facing charges after a collision this morning.
According to Timmins Police communications co-ordinator Marc Depatie, there was a crash involving a pickup truck and school bus at the intersection of Cedar and First Avenue today just after 7 a.m.
He said there was one student, who was not injured, on the bus at the time. The school bus driver was brought to hospital for minor injuries, and the driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
Following a Timmins Police investigation, he said the 26-year-old woman driving the bus was charged with failing to yield.
