KIRKLAND LAKE – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a man with a drug offence. The charge stems from a traffic stop in McGarry Township.
The incident occurred at approximately 3 p.m. on March 15, 2016.
Subsequent investigation resulted in the seizure of marijuana and money.
The estimated value of the seizure was approximately $10,000.
Charged is Pierre LeBlanc age 53 of St-Adele Quebec with one count of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.
The accused has been remanded into custody pending a bail hearing.
