The Timmins Police Service has located a person who had been reported as “missing” over the weekend.
Thanks to information provided to investigators, the Timmins Police Service have determined the whereabouts of Linda Nakogee, 28, of Timmins, and have confirmed that she is in a good state of being.
The Timmins Police Service is thankful for the assistance of the public with this matter.

The Timmins Police Service has received a report concerning a missing person who has not been heard from since late Sunday, Feb. 26.
The Timmins Police Service is looking to locate Linda Nakogee, a 28-year-old aboriginal female person who is described as being:
- 5’8 tall
- weighing 138 lbs
- having a medium build
- brown eyes
- brown medium length straight hair with red streaks - a tattoo of the initials “G.A.” on her hand
Descriptors as to her clothing cannot be determined at this point.
The Timmins Police Service is asking for anyone with relevant information as to the current whereabouts of Linda Nakogee, to call the Timmins Police Service immediately at 705-264-1201.
